Each celebration is fully bespoke, but full-service planning begins at $18,000 and design + production at $9,500. We build a tailored estimate after the discovery call.
Yes — we regularly produce events in Sedona, Santa Barbara, Aspen, Cabo, and across Europe. Travel and accommodations are scoped per event.
We work with celebrations from 20 to 400 guests. Smaller intimate gatherings and larger galas are both welcome.
Most couples book us 9–14 months ahead. Peak Saturdays (April–June, September–November) tend to fill 12+ months out. Shorter timelines may be possible — please ask.
Our vendor relationships earn priority bookings and trusted craftsmanship, but we welcome outside vendors you love. We'll vet and coordinate either way.
Strategy, design, vendor curation, contracting, timeline, day-of management, and a dedicated lead planner from inquiry through the morning after.
Absolutely. We design multi-day weekends end-to-end, including welcome receptions, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding brunches, and after-parties at our partner venues.
