How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?

We recommend 9–14 months for full planning. For day-of coordination, 3–4 months is ideal. Popular spring and fall dates book up fastest.

What is your pricing for wedding planning?

Month-of coordination starts around $2,500. Partial planning from $4,500. Full planning and design typically begins at $6,500 and scales with guest count and complexity.

Do you only plan weddings in Las Vegas?

Las Vegas is our home base, but we regularly produce weddings in Scottsdale, Southern California, and destination markets. Travel is included in our destination packages.

Can you work with our existing vendors?

Absolutely. We're happy to collaborate with vendors you've already booked and fill any gaps in your team.
